Many Malaysian players have been let down by other platforms — big bonus figures buried under excessive rollover requirements, short validity periods, or terms that change without notice. Experiences like these are exactly what drove petir388 to operate with a fundamentally different approach from the start.
At Petir388, every promotion listed on this page comes with terms written in plain, easy-to-understand language. You don't need to be a lawyer to know what you're entitled to and what you need to do. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in numeric format — for example, "10x rollover" means you need to wager 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.
One thing that sets petir388 apart is cashback with no rollover. Most platforms attach rollover requirements to cashback, but at petir388, cashback credited every Monday can be used or withdrawn immediately with no rollover conditions. This is our commitment to making sure the promotions we offer deliver real value to players — not just numbers that look good on paper.
Petir388 never cancels or changes promotion terms without prior notice to members. Any changes to a promotion will be announced at least 3 days before taking effect. This is something many platforms overlook — we take it seriously.
